Orders and acceptance
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider and we email a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item becomes unavailable from our supplier, if there was a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. We never substitute a different item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed on the checkout page before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider.
